![]() ![]() As we upgraded to a private pool this was without a doubt the highlight. Each room has a fridge/mini bar which is stocked daily. Lots of USB plugs though! Bathroom was spacious, but again, looked a little worn and could do with a make-over. Decent air-con and a fan, but there's definitely some room for some TLC in the rooms. Not amazing, but you have everything you need. We were taken on a buggy to our room, the rooms are nice. We were then taken into the preferred lounge in reception, again, options of refreshments and light snacks are available, and we were greeted by our butler Carlos. We enquired about upgrading and she made it work for our budget, she was so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by Cindy at reception - she was phenomenal. Firstly, I would 100% recommend upgrading to premium economy on the flight, makes such a difference with extra space, privacy and nicer food etc! Arrived at the hotel late afternoon, and it immediately looked stunning, plenty of staff willing to help and offer us refreshments, warm flannel etc. We did 2 weeks all inclusive, and upgraded to the preferred club, we also upgraded to a private pool. I will start off by saying that we paid a lot of money to stay here, we upgraded in every aspect, and it was worth it! After reading some reviews prior to our holiday I was anxious about the quality of the hotel, especially as we had paid so much money. From the Managers down to the maids gardens ect. They work so hard to make everyone’s holiday perfect. We want to put a big shout out to all the staff, no matter what job they do. ![]() At no time did he let that get in the way as to how he helped and treated all the guests. We found out then he was the Club Manager. He was telling us he was moving to the new tides resort when it opens. The day before we left we saw Luis Breton again, such a lovely man. And if you want to chill in your room, just order room service, lots to choose from. It’s such a lovely setting, if they had clothes on the tables it would add the finishing touches to it. The one thing I would change is, the French Restaurant. ![]() The staff in both were great could not fault them.□ There are plenty of places to eat something to suit everyone. Each evening we went to one of the club lounges for pre dinner drinks and the same before going back to our room. You will never be stuck for somewhere to get a drink as there are plenty of bars open. The b ach is so well kept and the views are amazing. And the view from the infinity pool was amazing over looking the beach and sea. The lazy river is a dream and it’s so quite as the pools can get a bit noisy at times. ![]() We also got a new butler called Alberto, he was a dream, nothing was to much for him. I spoke to a very nice lady and explained everything, then Luis Breton took over, he was as a complete star ⭐️ he changed our room and solved our other problems. On the second day I reported a few problems we had with the room, I had to go back on the 3 rd day. It was a bit more expensive but I do think it was worth it. We upgraded to Preferred Club on arrival. We have been home a week, from a fantastic 14 day stay at Secrets Royal Beach. There are plenty of places to eat something to suit everyone. The staff in both were great could not fault them.□ ![]()
